What can I expect in an initial consultation?

In the free and confidential initial consultation meeting, you are able to share the details of your financial situation with a Trustee. You will discuss how you got into debt, what your financial goals are for the future, and all of the various options that are available to you to remedy your debt situation. If you decide you want to work with us, with the help of your Trustee, you will then determine which debt management solution best fits your needs. Your Trustee will work with you to create a plan so you can start progressing towards your short and long-term financial goals.

What should I bring to the initial consultation?

To best assist you with your Consumer Proposal, we ask that you bring the following information to your consultation, if you have it available.

A list of who you owe money to, with approximate amounts
Proof of income (e.g. a recent pay stub)

You don’t have to do this alone. We are here to help.
